| I joined the MLI in 1998 while the institute was very much in a formative stage. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I, working as a member of a three-man team, was allowed to focus on building and administering computer based systems which streamlined the assessment process, provided administrative support, and delivered content online to the various curricula being taught at the MLI. I led numerous staff development sessions on the use of technology in the classroom and provided both curricula specific and supplemental materials for the various courses at the MLI. |
