Employment    English Training Center   EFL Instructor English Training Center Taegu August 1996 - August 1997 Republic of Korea   I taught a number of courses at the English Training Center and was deeply involved in creating institutional syllabi. I created a number of activities to supplement EAP and intensive English courses offered at the institute as well as for the various courses ETC managed outside of the institute. Skills     Experience Teaching   Taught adult EFL communication courses using the Interchange textbook series   Taught grammar, reading, listening and speaking and academic writing courses using a variety of commercial and self developed texts and resources in the intensive English program   Taught GMAT, GRE, TOEFL and TOEIC test preparation courses for high school and college graduates preparing to study in the United States   Taught intermediate to advanced Business/Banking English courses at Taegu Bank for middle/senior management staff   Taught beginning conversation classes at two local high schools using the Let's Go! textbook series   Materials Development   Created a number of activities to supplement advanced level conversation courses   Authored an institutional syllabus and selected texts for use in GMAT and GRE test preparation courses   Assisted with the revision of the IEP course syllabus and the selection of course textbooks
